1. Order Processing Time

Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Notification: You will receive another notification once your PurrFree™ Steamy Brush has officially shipped.

3. Tracking Your Shipment
Every PurrFree™ order includes Full Tracking. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you can follow its journey directly through the USPS® website or our "Track My Order" page.

Note: It may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. Delivery Estimates
While delivery times vary based on your location, most customers receive their package within 7 -12 business days after processing.
5. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@kinshiprituals.com and we will help you investigate.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
